Still stuck? Write to us: a real person reads every message. For a wrong match, add a photo of the card.
How do I get a good scan?
Lay the card flat on a plain surface, fill the card-shaped frame and tilt it away from lamps so the foil doesn't glare. Penny sleeves are fine; a thick top loader or a slab can hide the number. You can also pick a photo with Choose from library.
PullCheck picked the wrong card. How do I fix it?
Tap Not this card? under the pictures. Pick one of the other candidates, or search by name, by name and number (like 4/102) or by a Yu-Gi-Oh! set code. The match changes without a new scan and without using a free scan.
Where is the Yu-Gi-Oh! set code?
Find the code under the picture, at the right edge: letters, a dash and a number, like LOB-EN001. It tells PullCheck which print you hold, and the same card can be worth very different amounts from one print to another. Type it in the code field or pick from the list, cheapest first.
Why does the variant change the price?
Normal, Holo, Reverse holo, 1st Edition and other variants sell at different prices. PullCheck preselects the one it read on your card; tap another chip if yours differs. Only the variants that exist for that print are shown.
How exact is the condition?
PullCheck doesn't grade cards: you choose the condition. NM uses the full market price; LP, MP, HP and DMG use approx. 85%, 70%, 50% and 30% of it. Real sales vary, so treat it as a guide. Graded cards usually sell for more than the ungraded price shown.
Where do the prices come from?
From market data, not AI: TCGplayer (USD) and Cardmarket (EUR), through TCGdex for Pokémon and YGOPRODeck for Yu-Gi-Oh!. The source and the update date sit under every price, so the same card shows the same price every time. Choose your price source in Settings. Yu-Gi-Oh! prints only have TCGplayer prices, so they show in USD with that label.
What are market value and quick sale?
Market value is what cards like yours have recently sold for. Quick sale uses the low price from the same source: closer to what you'd get if you sold fast. Both take condition and quantity into account, so your binder's total stays honest.
Which games does PullCheck support?
Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! physical cards. Magic, Lorcana, One Piece and sports cards are not supported yet: PullCheck shows what it read and doesn't use a free scan. Digital Pokémon TCG Pocket cards aren't included.
When do prices update?
Once a day when auto-refresh is on in Settings, or whenever you tap Refresh prices or pull down on Home or Collection. The card server caches market data for up to 12 hours. A card that can't be refreshed keeps its last prices and their date.
What's free and what's Premium?
Free: 5 scans a day, 50 cards in your collection, a 7-day value history, search and price refreshes, with ads. Premium: no ads, unlimited scans (fair use, 60 a day), an unlimited collection, 30- and 90-day history and CSV export. Scans that find no card or end in an error never count.
How do I cancel Premium?
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PullCheck › Cancel Subscription. How to cancel in the app's Settings has a button that opens that page. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
The camera doesn't open.
PullCheck needs camera access to scan. If you said no, open iPhone Settings › PullCheck and turn on Camera, or use Choose from library instead. Search works without the camera.
What is sent, and what is kept?
Only when you scan, the photo goes to the PullCheck card server and an AI model (Google Gemini via OpenRouter) to read the card, and it isn't stored. Searches send your words; price refreshes send card ids. Your collection, photos and history stay on your iPhone. The Privacy policy has every detail.
How do I contact you?
