Terms of use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of PullCheck. By using the app you accept them. They apply together with Apple's standard licence for App Store apps.
What PullCheck is
A tool for collectors of Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. It reads a card from a photo, helps you confirm the exact print, shows market prices from TCGplayer and Cardmarket with their source and date, and keeps your collection, its value and your set progress on your device.
What PullCheck isn't
It doesn't grade cards or judge their condition: you choose the condition, and its effect on the price is approximate. Prices are estimates from recent market data, not offers to buy or sell, and what you actually get can differ. PullCheck doesn't buy, sell or appraise cards. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Konami or any game publisher; card names and images belong to their owners.
Your part
Check that the matched card, variant and condition really are yours before relying on a price, especially before a trade or a sale. Scan cards only, not people, documents or anything private. Don't misuse the service: no automated requests, no attempts to get around the limits, no reverse engineering of the app or the server.
Free and Premium
Free: 5 scans a day, up to 50 cards in your collection, a 7-day value history, and search and price refreshes within fair use, with ads. Premium: no ads, unlimited scans within fair use, an unlimited collection, 30- and 90-day history and CSV export. A scan that finds no card, meets an unsupported game or ends in an error never uses a free scan. Limits may change; the app always shows the current ones.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you subscribe. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions; How to cancel in the app's Settings shows the way. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Fair use
To keep the service fast for everyone, the card server allows up to 60 scans, 300 searches and 100 price refreshes per install per day, Premium included. When you reach a cap, the app tells you and it resets the next day; it never sends you to the paywall for it.
Third-party data
Card data and prices come from TCGdex and YGOPRODeck, which collect TCGplayer and Cardmarket prices. Card readings come from an AI model (Google Gemini via OpenRouter). We don't control these services and can't promise they are complete, current or always available; a card may be missing or have no recent sales.
Apple's standard licence
PullCheck is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it; where the two conflict, the EULA prevails. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
No warranty
PullCheck is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to get readings, matches and prices right, but we don't guarantee that each one is correct or that the service is never interrupted.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a match or a price, including trades, sales or purchases, or for data lost on your device. Nothing here limits the rights you have under your country's consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date above shows the current version; using the app after an update means you accept it.
